4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information to ICR. Clients are responsible for the consequences of any decisions made based on the information provided by ICR. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of any reports or recommendations provided by ICR.

5. Payment

Clients agree to pay for services as outlined in the agreement between the client and ICR. Payment terms, including fees and billing schedules, will be specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

ICR is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of its services. ICR is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided. The client acknowledges that ICR’s services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ICR is located. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ICR reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review these terms periodically for changes.
